2024 Policy Change
Beginning January 1st, 2024 our No Show Policy will be changing:
- For the first no show in a calendar year you will be charged a $50 fee.
-After the first occurrence you will be charged the full cash rate of the appointment time for which you were scheduled.
Please keep in mind that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment this will count as a no show, and you will be asked to pay the fee and reschedule.
In order to help us serve others with their mental health needs and to avoid the fee please give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Thank you!
2023 Holiday Hours
Our office will be closed November 23rd-26th for Thanksgiving and December 23rd-26th for Christmas. Please make note of this so you can let us know if you need medication refills beforehand.
Be aware that your provider may need 1-2 business days notice in order to fill your prescription; we cannot guarantee same day orders.
