Wait Times and Requesting to be Seen
We currently have availablity for new patients at both our Orem and Lehi locations. Please check out our Providers page and use the filters to determine if they are on your insurance panel. Wait times will vary for each provider. David Paulson is not currently accepting new patients.
If you are interested in being seen as a new patient, please fill out the Google Form by clicking on the "Request New Patient Visit" button below. Once we receive your request, someone will email you about filling out further paperwork.
