Statement: Joel Covington
We were saddened and shocked to learn of the arrest of Joel Covington, a psychiatric nurse practitioner who previously worked at our practice. Joel never saw a patient that was a minor at our practice.
We take this matter very seriously and do not tolerate conduct that is inconsistent with our values. His employment at our practice has ended.
This situation is tragic on so many levels. We remain committed to supporting survivors of abuse and fostering a safe and respectful environment for all. We will continue to work hard to provide the best mental healthcare we can to those who seek care at our practice.
