Lauren Fowler, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults ages 12 and older at the Lehi location. After practicing as a family nurse practitioner since 2013, she was inspired to transition into psychiatry by the increasing need for quality mental health services and her passion for helping individuals achieve emotional wellness.
Lauren earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and later completed her post-master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification through Maryville University.
She believes in treating the whole person and takes a collaborative, individualized approach to care, recognizing that mental health is influenced by biological, psychological, and social factors. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered on their journey toward improved well-being.
When she’s not caring for patients, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and children and making the most of Utah’s outdoors. Whether hiking, riding dirt bikes, or enjoying time on the water, she values creating meaningful experiences with her family.
